You can have your camera on or off as you enter, but we would love to see your face. Don't worry if you think you're not "camera ready" because you can come as you are at Pause Breathe Reflect.
Please use the first few minutes to arrive quietly and minimize any distractions as you prepare to drop in. We usually start the meditation about 3 to 4 minutes after the scheduled start time. After the practice, you can share what's on your mind and in your heart.
