This workshop will cover:

EasyCMA – Create several EasyCMAs using addresses from the attendees. Work through EasyCMA Settings (Preferences).
Quick CMA – Using Quick CMA Workflow handout – create a Quick CMA.
CMA Presentation Packet – Using the CMA module wizard:
1. Create a Subject Property.
2. Add or Assign a Contact to be the Seller.
3. Search for and select Comps.
4. Adjust Comps to be similar to Subject Property.
