In today's fast-paced and unpredictable world, having a crisis communications plan in place has become increasingly important. With the frequency of natural disasters, mass shootings, and other tragic events occurring, businesses need to be prepared to communicate and respond during a crisis effectively. According to recent statistics, there have been over 300 mass shootings in the United States in the past decade, with several of these taking place in the workplace.
In our free training workshop, participants will receive an in-depth understanding of what a crisis communications plan entails, including how to assess risks, identify stakeholders, and develop key messages. They will also learn best practices for executing a crisis communications plan, as well as strategies for monitoring and evaluating its effectiveness. This workshop is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop a comprehensive crisis communications plan and effectively manage communication during a crisis. By the end of the training, participants will have the tools to confidently respond to any crisis, minimize harm, and effectively communicate with their stakeholders.
