Bridge Art Gallery Wilmington Delaware Opening Celebration

The Bridge Art Gallery is thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of our newest location in Wilmington, Delaware. On Saturday, March 1st the new Bridge Art Gallery located at 213 N Market Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets will officially open to the public.

This is an exciting new chapter for the Bridge Art Gallery, as the largest black owned art gallery in Wilmington, DE, we are thrilled to join the Delaware Arts Community.

“We are honored to be part of Wilmington’s vibrant arts scene and look forward to engaging with the local community,” said Cheryl Mack, co-owner of the Bridge Art Gallery. “The Bridge Art Gallery is more than just a gallery—it’s a space where creativity thrives, connections are made, and artistic voices are amplified.”

Cheryl Mack, who also serves as the newly appointed chair of the New Castle County Public Arts Commission, brings her leadership in public arts initiatives to this exciting new endeavor. Her commitment to expanding access to the arts and enhancing the cultural landscape of the region is at the heart of the gallery’s mission.

Christopher Mack, co-owner of the gallery, emphasized the gallery’s role as a vital connector within the community. “We serve as a ‘bridge’ between key community stakeholders, including major corporations, small businesses, non-profits, civic entities, and government,” said Christopher Mack. “Everyone has a pivotal role within the greater arts community, and collaboration is the cornerstone of the Bridge Art Gallery.”

The Bridge Art Gallery has long been recognized as a hub for artistic expression, cultural enrichment, and community engagement. The new Wilmington location continues this legacy by offering art exhibitions that showcase the works of local, regional, and national artists. As part of our commitment to fostering creativity, the gallery will also host children's art classes and professional development activities for artists.

The Opening Celebration begins at 12noon. All are welcome to the Bridge Art Gallery, stop by and view the new art exhibition and hear about the exciting programs coming to the Bridge Art Gallery.
