We hope you can join us for this exclsuive Farm-to-Fork experience. By supporting our Harvest Dinner, you are investing in the youth of Gary Comer Youth Center’s acclaimed Urban Agriculture and Culinary Arts Programs.
Guests will be welcomed into our Exhibit Hall overlooking the farm and rooftop garden passed hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails before moving into Francie Comer Culinary Arts Center to savor a multi-plate feast. Featuring food grown and harvested from our youth-led farm with mentorship from Chicago’s distinguished chefs including James Beard Award semifinalist, Chef James Martin, dinner will be served at multiple chef stations and paired with specially selected wines. Our culinary apprentices and urban ag interns will share a bit about how they crafted our beautifully prepared food with guidance from Mentor Chefs during a series of learning sessions leading up to our Harvest Dinner.
