CTSI Wellness Fair

As part of an expanding effort to promote health and wellness in the workplace, the UF CTSI will be starting a new series centered around self-improvement, employee wellness, and building happiness at work and beyond. To kick off this series, we’re excited to host our very first Wellness Fair!

This event will include a special presentation by Kelly Gregory, M.Ed., Ed.S., as well as a table with statewide and university wellness resources that emphasize and support our commitment to promoting inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility across all aspects of health and wellness.

Featured providers include:

Arena Counseling and Wellness
- A local private practice counseling and wellness center specializing in individual, couples, and group therapy, as well as EMDR and DBT-focused therapies.
Elements of Wellness, LLC
- A diverse collection of therapists who specialize in a variety of treatment areas including adolescence, couples/marriage counseling, trauma/PTSD, depression and anxiety.
UF EAP Services
- The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through the University of Florida provides a wide range of mental health services, including individual employee evaluation and referral, consultation services for supervisors, workshops, training sessions and support groups.
UF GatorCare Wellness
- GatorCare is dedicated to bringing wellness opportunities to all UF and UF Health employees, regardless of health insurance coverage.
