A Two-Week Class
Thursdays, Nov. 14, and Nov. 21, 7-8:15PM ET
The Kabbalists (Jewish Mystics) guide us in seeing the world from vast and mysterious perspectives. We will explore the system of sefirot (mystical Divine emanations) with the aim of creating practices that will hold us steady and keep us engaged. We will also apply psalms and prayers to calm our minds and direct our attention.

During these two sessions we will seek to create a shared foundation on which we can hold each other and go forth with love and strength.

Because none of this could be planned before we knew the election results, I know the timing is such that not everyone who would like to attend will be able to make it.

It is fine to only come to one of the classes.

The sessions will also be available on video—and if you can be there in person, please know your presence will be appreciated by everyone.
