Prior to joining Perimeter, Mr. Sobotta was the controller for the orthopaedics division of Smith and Nephew, and from 2008-2019, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Stryker including internal audit, finance transformation, commercial excellence, financial planning and analysis, and ultimately leading finance for their surgical business unit. Mr. Sobotta brings to the role diverse medical device commercialization experience having lived and worked in North America, Europe, and Africa supporting commercial organizations across a wide range of medical technology including capital equipment, robotics and implants.

Page was the founder of Impact Solutions, Inc., a Silicon Valley based company he formed to provide state-of-the-art digital mapping and customer acquisition solutions to the automotive industry. John Miniotis | AbraSilver Resource Corp

John Miniotis has been President and CEO of AbraSilver since January 2020. Mr. Miniotis has over 18 years of experience in the mining industry focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. He has worked with a wide variety of companies in the mining industry including: Lundin Mining, AuRico Metals, Aethon Minerals and Barrick Gold. Mr. Miniotis holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and graduated, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto.

Shanthar Pathmanathan | Chariot Corporation 

Mr Pathmanathan was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Lithium Consolidated Ltd, an ASX-listed company, which had one of the largest portfolios of hard rock lithium exploration assets, globally. Mr Pathmanathan has 14 years of investment banking experience in the metals and mining, oil and gas and chemicals sectors. He was Vice President with Deutsche Bank's investment banking division and previously held investment banking and principle investment roles with Macquarie Group in Australia and New York. Mr Pathmanathan has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Australia.
