As we approach the end of 2024, we’ll be sharing practices from Semco Style’s toolbox to help you and your team reflect and plan for the year ahead. In this interactive session you’ll discover new ways of bringing your team together to build greater autonomy and creativity. Semco Style holds over 100 practices, so which might you discover to take away and experiment with?

Our intention for this practical session is to introduce you to key practices which you can use with your team before the year comes to an end and into next year. While there will be Semco Style tools we know fit this reflective season, we also want to give you the chance to discover some of your own. After all, Semco Style is all about finding your unique way of working.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a December webinar without some festive fun, so we encourage you to bring along your most jolly jumpers or hats. There may also be a few added seasonal surprises just to keep us all in the Christmas spirit, and a gift from us for every person that attends.
