Olympic Community of Health (OCH) is hosting its next Regional Care Coordinator Convening on Wednesday July 31. At this convening, we will build a strong network of trusted messengers to spread the word about Olympic Connect, our Community Care hub for Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap County.
