Mastering Conflict - Fight Better with Deep Democracy

This workshop introduces participants to the key tools of Deep Democracy, the conflict resolution method born in post-apartheid South Africa. Participants will learn to recognise resistance in themselves and others, as well as how to react to it productively. Additionally, they will leave the workshop having tried a simple tool to resolve both 1-on-1 and group conflict. It is an energising hour that normalises tough conversations, which we usually fear, and gives practical methods that people can then apply in their teams.

Facilitator:

The sessions are facilitated by Marcel Rasche. Marcel is not only an experienced entrepreneur but brings ten years of experience as a mediator and conflict resolution
specialist. He has taught at Oxford Business School, Google, C-Suites of multinational companies and coached many founders. Marcel is Berlin's first and only Deep Democracy
instructor.
