This group is to challenge the oppressive messages women have grown up with and hold space for you to question and break away from that socialisation. This group will encourage and support you to build up your self-confidence, to remind you that you are worthy of self-care and healthy boundaries and to form a sisterhood of women who support each other.

This takes place at the Energise Centre in Salford.
