Join us at our next event at the North Loop Green. This LAI MN members-only event will explore one of Minneapolis' most transformative mixed-use developments. Led by Hines and Marquee Development, North Loop Green is a dynamic, 1 million-square-foot project in the heart of the North Loop neighborhood. It combines residential, office, retail, and public spaces, reflecting a modern urban living and placemaking approach.
Hines Development will join us and provide background on the project and a tour of the 34-story residential tower known as NLG360 which offers stunning views of the city skyline, the North Loop, Target Field, and the Mississippi River. The highlight of the North Loop Green is its central park area, "The Green," which has been transformed from a former railroad changing yard into a vibrant public space.
