This interactive lecture will explore the neuroscience of evil and the biological origins of blame. We'll examine real case studies of individuals convicted of crimes linked to brain abnormalities, questioning whether these individuals are to blame and if they can truly be considered evil. We'll then discuss how social and biological factors interplay to reveal a darker side that may exist within us all, shedding light on how seemingly evil acts can be committed by seemingly ordinary citizens.
