The modern Corps movement is powerful. Across the country, Corps programs make a difference every day in our communities, on our lands, and in the lives of thousands of young adults. In a new short film from The Corps Network, learn the history of Corps, hear from young people serving in Corps, and see the potential of a Civilian Climate Corps. This premiere event will include special remarks from Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, a Civilian Climate Corps update from The Corps Network, and a can’t-miss panel with the filmmaker and young adults who served in Corps programs.
Speakers Include: Kalef Jones, Deputy Climate Manager, PowerCorpsPHL (Board Member of The Corps Network); Sarah Hamilton, Filmmaker, Alum of Conservation Legacy; Dulce Ruiz, Crew Supervisor, Los Angeles Conservation Corps; Mary Ellen Sprenkel, President & CEO of The Corps Network
