Michelle Wolfson is excited to help you empower your weight mastery. From her you will learn how to decode nutrition labels, master macronutrients, and create delicious, nourishing meals.
A seasoned professional chef with over 25 years of experience, Michelle has always specialized in creating tailored meals for those with unique nutritional needs. She has been a nutrition manager, private-label chef, and recipe developer. She has directed foodservice operations at private curling clubs, and taught cooking classes in person and on-line.
Along the way Michelle has accumulated a wealth of information and experience in nutrition, along with a treasure trove of amusing and dramatic stories from a world that exists beyond the chef jacket.
