Jorge Gutierrez is a Mexican animator, writer and director who created the computer-animated adventure film The Book of Life and the television series El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera.

The Book of Life was nominated for a Golden Globe Award and Jorge (pronounced hoar-heh) worked with the dedicated virtual reality team at Reel FX to produce bonus VR content for the film.

Jorge and the Reel FX team are currently working on an “Untitled Kung Fu Space Western”.
