The festive season can pose challenges for us. Disrupted routines, travelling, and extended time with family - even if we have close relationships - can play havoc on our emotional regulation capabilities. You may feel the social expectation to host or play a supporting role in creating the 'perfect' celebration. There is a lot of vulnerability around this time - especially for us neurodivergent folk, where anxiety, RSD, and the toll on our executive functioning can be really challenging.
Join team CiM - Victoria Bagnall (co-founder and MD of Connections in Mind) and psychologists, Dr Soracha Cashman, Rachel Breskal and Casey Anley, for this fireside chat where we will explore the roots of this vulnerability, how it may affect us, and how we can tackle it , set boundaries, and lead a harmonious festive season.
