Driving Education Performance through Human-Centered Design

The workshop is conducted in an action-learning format.

Dr. Heimbrock will introduce the principles, methods, and tools of each phase of the Human Centered Design process (Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver), then support small participant groups as they apply these concepts in the room to design future learning experiences for their organizations.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be educated and equipped to apply a human-centered approach to their learning design, delivery, and evaluation strategies to take on the 2024-2025 school year.
